At The Paper Bag, we’re more than a local deli, coffee, and catering company — we’re a chef-inspired family built on great food, genuine hospitality, and the belief that we are “Changing Lives 1 Sandwich at a Time."
Our menu brings together creative sandwiches, local favorites, fresh pastries, catering, creative coffees, and scratch-made details led by an owner/chef who graduated top of his class in Culinary Arts.
